**NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING - Thursday, Feb 15, 2024 at 12 noon at Stockdale Country Club in the Tevis Room.   

**SECOND TOWN HALL MEETING - Thursday, January 4th, 2024, 5:30 PM at Stockdale Country Club to discuss the construction of the new well, the special assessment billed to owners, and answer questions owners may have regarding the construction of the new well. 

**SPECIAL TOWN HALL MEETING - Thursday, November 16, 2023, 5:30 PM at Stockdale Country Club to discuss the construction of the new well and the financing options for owners. 

**There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors, Wednesday, September 27th, 2023 at the Stockdale Country Club, at noon, in the Tevis room. Agenda Items: 1.  Discussion/approval of the new well timeline, checklist for permit, financing options and driller bids.  II. Review draft of the Amended and Restated Bylaws.

**There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors, Tuesday, September 5th, 2023, via Zoom, at 2PM, to approve the Lease Agreement with Stockdale Country Club for the new well site .  The meeting ID is 456 297 2537.

** The Annual Meeting of the Stockdale Annex Mutual Water Co. will be held Thursday, June 8th, 2023 at Stockdale Country Club at 6PM.
